Hi, I’m Mai!

A working mom, Jesus follower.
Matcha lover. Women advocate.

I’ve been there so I understand.

I also worked as a pharmacist for 10+ years, and my struggle to balance motherhood, marriage, and career led me to sign up for life coaching sessions—and here I am!

I’m not an expert, but think of me as your supportive friend who’ll show up, challenge you - with love, and call you out (when your friends are afraid to)—just to encourage you!

With you and for you. I’m passionate about your success.

My Approach

As a Christian coach, I trust that the
Holy Spirit will finish the
good work
He has started in you. ( Hebrews 12:2)

  • I hold the space for you to see things that you cannot see on your own

  • I help you get out of your head and go deeper! It’s all there unconsciously, but you may need high level coaching to pull out the distinction.

  • I facilitate a monologue so you can hear yourself to explore your thoughts and emotions.

My clients are saying…

“Mai has helped me work on certain dreams and goals by coaching me in a manner that is approachable and feasible. This method has boosted my confidence which carries over into other aspects of my life and dreams. Mai’s gentle yet guiding coaching has been deeply impactful in my life.”
- Kim N.

“Mai listens, asks questions, prays with me and truly cares about my progress and success with whatever I am struggling with in life. I’ve gained so much awareness through her coaching which has truly made a difference in my day to day life.
- Shelby L.

“I really like the way Mai challenges me to think about new perspectives. She is a great listener and her powerful questions get me thinking outside the box!”
- Jodie R.

“Whatever we think in our hearts, we are.” (Proverbs 23:7)

Don’t be a prisoner of your dark thoughts which lead to your mood.
